"Return process was a total pain"
I sent my return back and I’m still sitting here waiting on my refund. The whole thing has been a stupid headache, and it’s ridiculous at this point.

"Material felt cheap for the price"
I ordered from kenzkustomz.com i was a little disappointed. It looked really nice in the photos, but once it arrived, the material felt thin and kind of cheap in person. After just one wash, it didn’t feel the same either. Maybe my expectations were too high, but for the price, I really thought the quality would be better. Not something I’d probably buy again.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but after trying it out, I’m relieved. It feels sturdier than I thought it would and has held up really well so far.

"Pretty good, despite the wait"
I got my order from kenzkustomz the quality is actually decent. The print looks clean, and the material feels better than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. It did take a bit longer to arrive than I would’ve liked, but apparently patience is part of the process. Overall though, I’m happy with it.

"Really frustrating communication about my design"
The whole design process was stressful for me. I tried to explain what I wanted, but it felt like a lot of it was either missed or taken the wrong way. The replies was slow and usually really short, so I kept wondering if we were even on the same page.
When I asked for changes, it kind of felt like I was being annoying instead of just trying to get the design right. In the end, the final idea still didn’t really match what I had described. Maybe other people has a better experience, but I wouldn’t use them again.

"Shipping took way too long"
I’m frustrated with the shipping. I’ve been waiting for weeks and still haven’t received my package. At this point, it feels like something went wrong with the order or the delivery process.

"Watch Out for the Sizing"
Just a heads up for anyone thinking about ordering: the sizing was way off for me. I got my usual size, but it fit much smaller than expected. The size chart wasn’t really helpful either and felt kind of random. I couldn’t really wear it, so the whole order ended up being disappointing.

"Package arrived banged up"
The packaging was awful. The box showed up all beat up, and after waiting in a long queue just to get help about it, I was even more annoyed. Not the best experience.

"Site felt harder than it needed to be"
I tried using the site and got frustrated. Pages seemed to load slowly, and finding basic info took way more digging than it should have. The checkout was confusing too, almost like they were hoping I’d just click through without noticing what was going on. After a while I gave up. It really needs to be simpler and more straightforward.

My order sat in processing for days and I couldn’t get a clear update on what was going on. I get that delays happen, but when I’m spending my money, I at least expect better communication. After a while I just got tired of waiting.

"Delivery was really frustrating"
I ordered from kenzkustomz.com the delivery experience left me annoyed. It took way longer than the timeframe they gave, and I didn’t feel like I was being kept in the loop at all. I had to keep checking for updates and reaching out, which made the whole thing feel stressful. When you’ve already paid and you’re expecting something by a certain time, it’s hard not to feel let down when it just doesn’t show up. The product itself might be okay, but the shipping experience really put me off. I’m not sure I’d order from them again.

"Tough to get a response"
I reached out to KenzKustomz a couple times about my order it just took way too long to hear back. Then when someone finally did reply, it didn’t really answer what I was asking, so I was kind of left sitting there like... okay, now what.
I understand shops get busy and stuff happens, but not getting updates makes the whole thing feel more stressful than it needs to be. I probably wouldn’t order again unless their customer support gets better because the waiting and guessing was just...

"Not really my best experience..."
I really wanted to like kenzkustomz.com, but it ended up being a little disappointing for me. My order took longer than I expected, and the communication wasn’t the greatest, which made the whole thing more frustrating than it needed to be. The item itself was okay, just not really worth the hassle in my opinion... I probably wouldn’t order again.

I tried to pay twice and the checkout page just kept freezing on me. Then, right at the end, the shipping price in my cart suddenly changed. whoever runs this needs to fix it because I got frustrated and just left without ordering...

"Pretty good, though not quite right"
My order turned out decent overall, even if I’m not totally thrilled with it. The colors were close to what I wanted, but one part of the design wasn’t lined up the way I had asked. It’s still usable, so I guess it’s fine, just not exactly what I was expecting. Shipping was okay, no real issues there. I’d probably give them another try, but next time I’d definitely double-check all the customization details first.

I had a problem and reached out hoping they’d make it right, but the whole thing just went in circles. The replies took ages, and in the end nothing was actually sorted. I get that mistakes happen, but I think a company has a responsibility to treat customers fairly and follow through when something goes wrong. it left me frustrated, and I wouldn’t use them again

"Tracking never updated"
I got a tracking number, but it just never moved or showed any real updates. I reached out to support, but they did not really give me much help, so I was left not knowing what was going on.

I’ve tried it out a bit and it seems okay, but I’m still not totally sure I trust it yet. Like, nothing has gone wrong exactly, and the setup was fine, and it seems to do what it says, and the overall experience hasn’t been bad, but I’m still kind of waiting to see how it holds up over time. It’s one of those things where it might be great, or it might have issues later, like with reliability, customer support, updates, billing, or just random little problems popping up. So for now I’d say it’s decent, but I’m not fully sold yet

"Color wasn’t quite what I thought I ordered"
I ordered a custom piece from kenzkustomz.com, and I want to say the design itself was totally fine. I’m sure I picked a soft pink, though now I keep second guessing myself because I ordered it a little while ago and the timeline is a blur. When it showed up, it looked more like a darker coral than the color I remembered seeing in the pictures.
It’s still usable, so I’m not completely upset about it, but it just wasn’t really the look I had in mind. Shipping was okay from what I remember, maybe about the expected time, but the main thing that stuck with me was being disappointed that the color didn’t match better.
